At Genzxwear.com, we take pride in offering premium, customized apparel through our trusted third-party vendor, Qikink. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we kindly ask our customers to read and understand the following policies before placing an order.

Important Guidelines Before Ordering

  • Size Selection:
    Please double-check size charts and measurements before placing your order. All apparel is made-to-order and customized, and we are unable to cancel or change the order once it is processed.

  • Address Accuracy:
    Ensure that your delivery address and PIN code are entered correctly at the time of purchase.
    • You may request an address change within 1 hour of order confirmation.
    • After this window, no changes can be made.

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order by emailing us at Genzxwear.com@gmail.com within 10 minutes of placing it.
  • Once the order is processed by Qikink, it cannot be cancelled, modified, refunded, or replaced.

Non-Refundable / Non-Replaceable Scenarios

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect size chosen by the customer
  • Wrong product selected during purchase
  • Incorrect address or PIN code entered by the customer
  • Orders that have already been processed
  • Undelivered packages due to incorrect address or customer absence
  • Delivered products not matching preferences due to customer error
  • Measurement discrepancies within a ±0.5 inch tolerance, which are standard in the apparel industry

Damaged Packages at Delivery

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please ask the delivery personnel to record the damage in their remarks upon delivery.
  • This step is essential for initiating a claim with the courier.
  • Genzxwear.com is not liable for any damage caused during shipping or handling by the courier service.

Final Note

As all items are premium customized products, we request our valued customers to be especially careful when selecting their size, product type, and delivery address. Once your order is processed, it enters production and delivery pipelines and cannot be altered or refunded.
